For Customers
1. What kind of products can I find on this marketplace?
We offer modest clothing, hijabs, Islamic gifts, prayer essentials, halal self-care products, and other lifestyle items curated for the modern Muslim woman.
2. Is this platform safe to shop on?
Yes! We verify all our vendors and offer secure payment gateways to ensure a trusted shopping experience.
3. How does shipping work?
Shipping is managed by each vendor. Your items may arrive separately if you order from multiple vendors. Delivery timelines are provided at checkout
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Each vendor has their own return and exchange policy. You can find this under the product listing or contact us directly for support by emailing us at barakahcollectivesa@gmail.com.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
For Vendors
1. How can I become a vendor?
Simply click on “Become a Vendor”. Fill out the application form. Once approved, you can upload products and start selling.

2. What products can I sell?
We accept modest fashion, Islamic lifestyle products, home décor, halal beauty items, and other Shariah-compliant goods.
3. Is there a cost to sell on this marketplace?
We offer flexible pricing plans including a free commission-based option. See our “Vendors” page for full details.
4. How do I get paid?
Payouts are made weekly to your bank accounts via EFT along with a statement of your weekly sales.
5. Can I manage my products and stock?
A shared Google Sheets file will be available to you and updated regularly. From there you can list products, update prices, track sales, and manage inventory.
Do I have a vendor dashboard?
Due to cost management, we currently do not offer vendor dashboards or automated payouts. These will incur in unnecessary fees for all parties concerned.
